Dataset for "Genetic analyses verify sexually mature escaped farmed Atlantic cod and farmed cod eggs in the natural environment" published in Evolutionary Applications, a Wiley journal.

The information consists of an excel file containing genetic data for 523 cod individuals (adults and eggs) genotyped at 20 microsatellite loci.
