Abstract
This is the final SNP dataset used in Faust et al. (2021) study "Not that clean: aquaculture mediated translocation of cleaner fish has led to hybridization on the northern edge of the species’ range" published in Evolutionary Applications.
There are two files. First one, named "genepop_all_sorted.gen" is the actual genotype data file in genepop format.
It contains a header ("snp2gen-converted") followed by locus names (starting with "SYMME")and each individual genotype.
Samples from different populations are separated with "POP". Population names are shown in individual names and follow the names given in the paper in Table 1. Same table gives additional information of e.g. number of samples in each population.
Accompanyig file named "ID_all_sorted.txt" is a text file giving population name (pop_name), used population code (pop_code), sample name (Sample_name), sample ID (sample_ID) and corresponding larger geograohic group (Group) for each sample in same order as given in the genpop file.
