The genotype file contains the SNP genotypes at 22823 markers for all samples.
The first line of the file  indicates the markers names. The following lines correspond to each samples genotype as follow:
Column 1: sample ID.
Column 2: sample information.
Column 3 to 22825: marker genotypes


The phenotype file contains the adult and smolt size, sex, capture date, sea-age and admixture estimate for each sample.
