Journal of Applied EcologySammendrag
We explored the diet composition of higher-trophic demersal fish (e.g., Atlantic cod) in three large fjord ecosystems in northern Norway, using spatially and taxonomically highly resolved data and geostatistical modelling.
Our focus was on northern shrimp (Pandalus borealis) as a prey organism.
The input data for the statistcal models is available as four files including the input for an analysis, consisting of:
1. Shrimp density
2. Predator density
3. Cod density (separted since we also explore another time series for cod)
4. Shrimp consumed by predators
